Max Acosta

Max Acosta
Founder & Director · Uruguay
Max grew up in Uruguay, moved to New Jersey at 10, and spent the next two decades teaching, performing, and running music schools before founding TWOM in 2021. He holds a CS degree from Kean University, has shared stages with Luis Fonsi and Pablo Alborán, and built TWOM from a single keyboard in his car to three campuses and 900+ active students.

With TWOM since day one. Jose holds a Bachelor's in Music Composition from the Pontifical University of Puerto Rico, has toured internationally, and coordinates all school events — the Band Program, Premier Recitals, Candlelight Concerts, Battle of the Bands, and more.
Tyron Flores
Chief Operating Officer
Tyron oversees day-to-day operations across all three campuses — staffing, scheduling, systems, and everything that keeps the school running behind the scenes. If it works smoothly, Tyron made it happen.
