Frequently asked questions
Starter is for brand-new students — it includes the one-time $30 signup fee that gets you set up in our system. Boost is for currently enrolled students who want extra lessons on top of their regular weekly schedule. Family Boost is for a new family member (sibling or your current student trying a second instrument) — same price as Boost, no signup fee, since you're already part of the TWOM family.
Any time between June 1 and August 31, 2026. You can spread them across the summer or use them more intensively — your call.
Lessons in the package expire August 31. We recommend booking your weekly schedule with our team early in June so the lessons are paced out across the summer.
Yes, with the right notice. We'll match you with a different instructor at your home campus if your student wants to try something new.
Most do. After the package, you transition seamlessly into our standard weekly lesson tuition ($40/week) — no re-enrollment, no lost progress.
Absolutely. All of our instructors and admin staff are bilingual. Lessons can be conducted in English, Spanish, or both depending on what works for your student.
